New Delhi: External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, Wednesday, took on the Congress camp with a sensational counter-attack, said she will disclose the name of a senior Congress leader who allegedly pressured her to give a diplomatic passport to Santosh Bagrodia.

Sushma Swaraj’s tweet comes a day after a special CBI court summoned Bagrodia (Bagrodia was summoned along with former coal secretary H C Gupta and retired public servant L S Janoti in the case.), a former Minister of State for Coal, as accused in a case in connection with the allocation of Maharashtra’s Bander coal block to AMR Iron and Steel Pvt Ltd.

Yesterday, in Parliament the Opposition, mainly the Congress, has been demanding resignation of Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, Sushma Swaraj over the Lalit Modi controversy.

According to a Times of India report, Congress is planning a silent protest against the government on Wednesday in front of the statue of Mahatma Gandhi in the Parliament House complex with party president Sonia Gandhi and vice president Rahul Gandhi at the helm.

The Rajya Sabha was adjourned yesterday after repeated uproar in the opposition benches over the Lalit Modi and Vyapam scam controversies.
