Recently as per the reports, Apple has taken heat management advice for its iPhone 3GS as users are complaining about the handsets overheating tendency while using applications comprising iPhone’s 3G and GPS wireless components. Well, the support page basically deciphers how to keep iPhone 3G within sustainable operating temperatures.
Apple had started selling iPhone 3G since from 19 June and users have been bewailing that the gadgets gets too hot in short span of time. Infact, in the white model of the phone, the heat generated is too much i.e. sufficient to induce discoloration. Though Apple has not faced any heat related problem with its reckoned and popular smartphone, still users were complaining about that and even the company has given suggestion to prevent iPhones from getting hot.
Apple has affirmed that the devices should be operated when the external temperature is in between 32 to 95 degrees. Too low or high conditions can either cause the device to stop working on a temporary basis or lessen battery life. In addition, the phone should not be stored at a place where the temperature is lower than 4 degrees or higher than 113 degrees. This automatically means that the gadget should not be left in a car in the noon time. If by somehow iPhone’s inside temperature beats the gadget’s limits, it may happen that it stops charging and show dim or some signal weakening or a warning telling the user that the phone needs to cool down before using it.
The warning or a message is a secure functionality to safeguard components within the iPhone. In accordance with Apple, contempt to the heat related advice, iPhone fulfills all the safety standards set by the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission).
