Cartoon network has planned to offer its famous comic characters like Ben 10, Powerpuff Girls, Dextar and Johnny Bravo now on mobiles, through telecom operators like Airtel, Idea, Reliance Mobile and Tata DOCOM.
This tie – up is quite appealing to people who would like to experience the whole feel of their famous comic character on their mobile. Cartoon Network has joined hands with Nazara Technologies, which is a mobile VAS company, for managing and distributing this service.
Now a day’s usually 63% kids use mobile phone once a week in the country like India and here the thought is to entertain kids with their iconic comic’s character. Depending on their operator, the mobile users will be able to download Cartoon Network comics at varied price points from Re 1 per day, Rs 10 per week and Rs 30 per month.
Cartoon Network has also revealed that soon they will introduce a customized java application, which will enable users to download an entire Cartoon Network comic, so that it could be read in one go.
