Cyclone PHYAN by passes Mumbai, Gujarat alert lowered
The weather office on Tuesday sounded a cyclone alert for the costal regions of South gujrat and north Maharashtra, where it was expected to hit early on Thursday. Now the head IMD Mumbai informed that threat of cyclone PHYAN reduced. The alert is still in adjoining area and people will experience heavy rain in and out Mumbai. Cyclone intensity is declining.
In the latest reports from whether forecast warning to fisherman still continuous and cyclone has passed away now from Mumbai after heavy rain of 12 hours.
PHYAN weakens over the Arabian sea, alert lower but alert to be removed after 6 30 pm. Alert still in adjoining area of Mumbai still continues .
