Dell analysis: PC demands have become static
Dell analysis: PC demands have become static – According to Dell, currently worst has been happening considering the demand of its products. Although, demand for Dell servers, services and PC’s have been stabilizing but it will be not be uniform all throughout geographic regions and customer segments.
Chief financial officer Brian Gladden said, “When the company send reports of its second quarter earnings later in next month, its revenue will mark over the previous quarter. It will be followed by some fall in gross margins, indicating a more competitive environment for PC components.
There is good news for the whole industry that Dell’s best customers are now beginning to spend money on IT sector again. This is quite beneficial especially for Dell as its ground line will take a hit as compared to last year’s economic meltdown and attrition.
Once again, Dell has been looking forward to reboot its business by reassessing and reorganizing its product lines, cutting costs etc.
