Hindustan Times first Indian Newspaper on Kindle @$9.99 subscription charges

Kindle and HT both have made this possible for the readers as now Hindustan Times can be catch on Kindle which is Amazon’s best-selling e-reader.

The Hindustan Times India’s leading newspaper has consolidate itself as a vivacious and modern media powerhouse through strategic partnerships, ever-increasing scope of operations and a consumer focused approach that’s why the Hindustan Times ltd. has joined hands with Kindle.

Readers in the US, UK will find it especially convenient. Most major newspapers and magazines in the US can be accessed on Kindle, as can as many as 3.60 lakh e-books in the Amazon store, for a charge.

Kindle – which has already sold more than a million units on Amazon – is an electronic reading device, which can download books and periodicals wirelessly in a very short time. These books can be read in a paper-like display.

Amazon Kindle users would have to subscribe to HT if they want to access it on their Kindle. Subscription costs around Rs. 460($9.99) per month. The paper will be delivered to the Kindle every day at 6 a.m. IST.
