The global market leader in more than 60 products, Samsung Electronics, has forayed modish C5130 slider handset to the Indian market. Samsung C5130, an entry-level phone, is a youth-centric phone that targets social networking butterflies with eight SNS shortcuts including Orkut, Picassa, Facebook, and YouTube.
Complete HTML browser gets in internet browsing on the device with 3G capability offering faster speed. Users can easily check for news, weather updates etc.
Samsung C5130 proffers a 1.3 megapixel camera. It is equipped with image editor functionality to edit images and customize them as well. It supports Bluetooth that lets users to upload and share images with their loved ones.
Ranjit Yadav, Director –IT & Telecom, Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. said, “The C5130 mobile is clearly targeted at the youth who are looking at staying connected with their friends at all times, need fast and easy internet access and good multimedia features in their phones, all features being made available to them in an attractively priced package, as indeed the C5130 does.”
Some other characteristics offered by C5130 are MP3 player, FM Radio, 3 preloaded User Interface to personalize the mobile screen, mobile tracker and expandable memory up to 8GB. The device is also said to be powered with Standard Li-Ion battery offering battery life of 13 hours.
The Samsung C5130 slider comes with a price tag of Rs. 6,200.
