Tata Photon plus with a pay-as-you-use advantage

Now Tata Photon plus also on prepaid: Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra), market leaders in the wireless data connectivity space has earlier launched Tata Photon plus in the post paid segment and received and overwhelming response.

Now Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) (TTML) has bought Tata Photon+, the mobile broadband service, on the prepaid platform too. Trai has reported that the TATA Photon+ mobile broadband service is 20 times faster than the existing mobile wireless technology.It has a speed upto 3.1mbps which promises congestion–free Tata Indicom network.

Internet users can now surf the net at these high speeds with as low as Re1 / MB and also avail of attractive recharge vouchers for Rs650 and Rs1,250( available till date ) that offer up to 10GB free data usage.

Speaking on the occasion Raja Srinivas, senior vice president – strategy and special projects, Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra), said,] that they are excited about this new launch and hoping to get a phenomenal response on pay-as-you-use model and the experience of Tata Photon+.

He added that “we are sure our Tata Photon+ prepaid offering will act as a catalyst in driving mobile broadband penetration further, specifically addressing the needs of youth, student communities, residential, rural and other niche segments that prefer the prepaid model.”
