Toshiba added two more retail stores in Bangalore

To further the objective of being close and provide the best-in-class retail experience to customers, Toshiba India has added two more shop Toshiba retail outlets in Bangalore. Prior to this the company already had two shop Toshiba outlets in the Silicon Valley of India. Both the new stores were inaugurated by JunichMr. Sivakumar N, Head – PC Division, Toshiba India Pct Ltd. The new stores will offer Toshiba’s full range of Notebooks viz, NB200, Satellite, Portege and Tecra.

Featuring the most innovative products, these new shopToshiba stores are exclusively designed to allow the consumers an up-close and personal experience as demonstrators can explain key features and functionalities of the products. The demonstrators at the stores are going to offer a high level of personal service as well as advice.

“Bangalore is an extremely important market for our retail business in India. Through our shopToshiba outlets we are looking at enhancing the consumer experience by providing an interactive and informative shopping experience,” commented Mr.Sivakumar N.

The company is aggressively increasing its footprint through shopToshiba outlets and also through non-exclusive retail shops (Called as iShops) in India. In April 2008, the company had only 11 shopToshiba outlets and it has already increased that number to 50 plus outlets.
