Internet is abuzz with rumors around the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S IV and now according to Samsung watcher SamMobile blog suggests that the South Korean tech giant is also talk of Samsung Galaxy S IV mini that will be launched along with it.
The Galaxy S4 will be at the top as a premium smartphone for those with larger budgets, while the Galaxy S4 Mini will be for those people who prefer something a little more compact and, more importantly, cheaper.
The rumours have indicated that the device will come with a 1.8GHz eight-core Exynos 5 Octa processor, Mali-T658 (8-Core) GPU for Graphics. It is also believed to have a 4.99-inch Super AMOLED Full HD Resolution Display and the screen resolution will be 441 pixels per inch (ppi) which is significantly more than the iPhone 5′s 326 ppi. The device is with 2GB of RAM, NFC, 4G LTE, a microSD slot, wireless charging capabilities and Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean. The device is likely to sport a 13-megapixel rear camera.
Galaxy S IV is expected to have a clear cover, flip cover, protective cover, pouch, extra battery kit, battery 2600mah, wireless charging kit, HDTV adapter and a headset. Project J Mini Serrano, or Galaxy S IV Mini is expected to have a clear cover, flip cover and a protective cover.
SamMobile also points to the possibility of a third device launch, codenamed Project J Active. While no details are yet available.
